Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and wallets — all major Indian payment methods.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best. After that, orders go into processing and changes may not be possible.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We're so sorry if that happened. Write to us at dostoevsticky@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with an uncut opening video, and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
